It’s been an awesome 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at with an amazing group of women. Everyone is talented, loving, open, and eager to learn. It feels great to be back with teachers, trainers, studio owners, and yogis who understand that yoga is an inward journey for person growth and a practice for the body, mind, heart, and soul. It is not a place to glorify the ego and take advantage of others. Grateful for authenticity, humility, and grace. It’s like a breath of fresh air. …and the journey continues…

I have spent the last year writing the curriculum and the (almost 100-page) manual to this course, and I can’t wait to share the wisdom that has been collected from many different teachers, hours of practice, and from teaching people breath work in yoga classes for many years.

Quietly processing a deep transformation,
Observing the climate of the entire nation.
Agendas in place to break up the system,
Making our most vulnerable the new age victim.
Watching people fight with hateful speech,
As the youth takes in what the adults teach.
Wars, abuses, protesting, and invasions,
Corrupt politicians offering hefty persuasions.
Nature sold so the rich can get richer,
Leaders anointed by kings as their pitcher.
Separating from one another to make it so easy,
Calling “the others” rotten and sleazy.
These harsh reactions to different opinions,
Have turned us all into fighting minions.
It’s all exaggerated to force us apart,
Causing great harm to one another’s heart.
Because fear is a tool that drives our passions,
Reacting dangerously like violent assassins.
This Total Eclipse and Blood Worm Full Moon,
Enters the scene like a giant typhoon.
Ripping apart false beliefs and limitations,
Instilling more honest & pure considerations.
Taking us deep into the darkness of the abyss,
Allowing us to see what we may have missed.
Helping us let go of the destruction and chaos,
The relationships where they tried to betray us.
Restoring peace and justice for all,
Caring for all life forms, both big and small.
We are extensions of one greater, higher vision,
Divine incarnations rising above all the division.
Souls of passion, goodness, and grace,
Not allowing the darkness to spew its disgrace.
We have this portal to finally let it go,
Moving onward and forward & into the flow.
The Universe is taking us deep into change,
Helping us rebirth in this energy exchange.
