One of my favorite parts of teaching yoga is creating space for practices like this: a simple self-hug.
In this moment, my students are moving through yoga and affirmations — giving themselves permission to pause, embrace their own being, and remember that self-love and self-acceptance are powerful forms of self-care. 💛
Yoga isn’t just about shapes on the mat; it’s about nervous system regulation, cultivating compassion for ourselves, and learning to meet life with a little more ease.
✨ Remember, the way you hold yourself matters. Sometimes the most healing thing you can do is wrap your own arms around your body and say, I am enough.
