Please join us for a yearlong practice group with Lienchi Tran. We will explore Vipassana meditation in the practice style of Sayadaw U Tejaniya. Sayadaw’s approach is free from rigid forms, influenced by his previous life as a layperson and his interest in adaptable practice. His style emphasizes a relaxed, gentle attitude that supports practice throughout the day.

Please join us for our new study group starting on January 15, 2026. The group offers a supportive space to deepen Buddhist practice both on and off the cushion. Through reading and discussing short teachings on the Eightfold Path—especially right action—we explore how to live the precepts in daily life and respond skillfully to challenges such as harm, dishonesty, misconduct, and harsh speech. Rooted in spiritual friendship (kalyanamitta), the group encourages and supports one another in cultivating wise and compassionate action in the world.
