We need to breathe period. Breathing sends oxygen into each cell of our bodies, which helps to produce energy. Also, breathing (exhaling) helps to eliminate waste products that when stagnats can cause vital damage. Breathing helps with better sleep, greater sense of clarity, improves immune system, and reduces stress. Take time out of your day to breathe purposefully. Take a breath and relax!

It's truly a blessing to be able to do what you love. As a massage therapist I am able to fulfill my purpose which to to be a blessing to others. Life is about given, not being a damn leech and only taking. I honestly come my office with a smile on my face, knowing that I will help someone.
