1. Following a periodized training program: Stop doing random group fitness workouts that have you spending the majority of your training time in that "high intensity" zone 3 zone 4 areas that is, hindering fat loss and sleep, draining your energy levels, and ruining your gains!!

2. Strength training at least 3-4x per week, working in the 70%-85% capacity. Challenge yourself because you are stronger than you think and your muscles & bones need it!!

3. Eating at least 100g of protein per day Ideally 1 g of protein per 1 lb of lean bodyweight. This is a non-negotiable and the quality of your protein sources matters, skip the green juice and protein shakes in the morning and have some eggs!!

Here at Ignite Performance & Fitness we run a full 8-10week periodized training program. If you want to learn and educate yourself come to a classes we have available. If your a beginner, just getting into fitness or even an advanced athlete we have something for you her and give you the tools to be successful in your fitness journey!
