Are you experiencing "Mother's Day Dread"?

With all the ads, commercials, store displays, social media posts, and people making Mother's Day plans, it's easy for "Mother's Day Dread" to kick in, and it sucks.

This year will be my 4th Mother's Day without my mom. Over the next six days, I'll provide you with a few tips that have helped me cope with a Motherless Mother's Day, and I hope it helps you. ♥️

Today is and I cannot let it go by without honoring my beautiful mother. She battled breast cancer for 12 years and she gave it a helluva fight! 🥊

always honor my mom and keep her memory alive. continue to provide love, support, and hope to everyone affected by cancer. You are not alone in your fight.

Whether it was your 1st or 20th holiday season without your loved one, 2020 was tough! It was a helluva year filled with so much loss, struggle, and sadness. But somehow you found your inner strength to make it through. 🙏

Who is Grief Coach Ebony?

Ebony Rae, is a native of San Diego, CA. She was the primary caregiver to her mother, who battled breast cancer twice, over 12 years. Her mother ultimately passed away from metastatic breast cancer in August of 2017. She is currently working to launch a non-profit organization called Grief Help Club, to support people grieving the loss of their mother to cancer. Ebony is a multi-passionate entrepreneur. She's also pursuing her creative passion by operating an Etsy shop, Crafty Geeky Sassy. She handcrafts unique accessories from upcycled materials and donates a portion of her proceeds to fund her non-profit.
