“I’m fine.”
Two small words that often carry a heavy weight.

So many of us say it on autopilot—because it’s easier than unpacking the overwhelm, sadness, or loneliness we’re actually carrying. Especially for new moms, caregivers, and anyone navigating silent struggles, “I’m fine” can be a shield.

If you’ve said these words while quietly breaking inside, you’re not alone. You deserve spaces where you don’t have to be “fine.” You deserve support that doesn’t wait until you ask.

If you need a community of support, be sure to join us for our MomStrong Mother’s Circle every week. It’s a chance for you to join other mom’s, check in, and feel supported!

Let’s normalize checking in, going deeper, and holding space for real answers.

She doesn’t wear a cape, but she runs on no sleep, 98-hour workweeks, and unconditional love — that’s a mom. That’s a superhero. Period.

Behind every bedtime story, packed lunch, and bandaged knee is a woman performing one of the most demanding, under-recognized, and essential jobs in the world. Research shows that mothers often work the equivalent of 2.5 full-time jobs, managing household responsibilities, caregiving, and—in many cases—a career. According to a 2019 Welch’s study, the average mom works 98 hours a week, starting early and ending late, with only an average of 1.7 hours to herself each day.
Beyond the physical labor, motherhood involves deep emotional labor—regulating emotions, modeling resilience, and creating a secure emotional environment for children. Studies in developmental psychology highlight that the emotional availability of mothers significantly shapes a child’s brain development, social skills, and long-term mental health.
Yet, so much of this work goes unseen. No performance reviews. No overtime pay. Just the immeasurable impact of love, presence, and sacrifice.
So yes—if you’re a mom, you’re a superhero. Because superheroes don’t just save the day—they build the world one moment, one hug, one impossible day at a time. 🦸‍♀️❤️ ”

Pacifiers can be a helpful tool when used properly. Need more details? Contact !

Posted • Should you use pacifiers???

It’s not as straightforward of an answer as some may make it seem! They can be used effectively as a tool, when used correctly. But they can also potentially cause some trouble. But with all the facts, parents can make the best decision on it and how to use them.

Here’s what we know…

Benefits of Pacifier Use
⭐️ Reduces the Risk of SIDS: Offering a pacifier at sleep times can reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends giving a pacifier to a baby before sleep, as it significantly lowers the risk of SIDS.

⭐️ Soothing and Comforting: Pacifiers satisfy the non-nutritive sucking reflex and help calm babies, providing comfort during times of stress or discomfort.

⭐️ Easier to Wean Than Thumb-Sucking: Pacifiers can be removed and phased out more easily than thumb-sucking, which is a habit harder to break since the thumb is always accessible.

⭐️ Supports Preterm Infants: For preterm infants, pacifier use can improve digestion and feeding readiness, and shorten hospital stays by promoting better sucking reflexes.

Risks of Prolonged Pacifier Use
🛑 Dental Issues: Extended use beyond 18 months can lead to misaligned teeth and other dental problems. The American Dental Association advises limiting pacifier use to prevent such issues.

🛑 Ear Infections: Prolonged pacifier use is associated with a higher incidence of otitis media (middle ear infections), especially after six months of age.

🛑 Speech Development Concerns: Continuous pacifier use may delay articulation and limit verbal practice, potentially impacting speech development.

🛑 Breastfeeding Interference: Introducing a pacifier before breastfeeding is well-established can interefere with latch efficiency and could cause low milk supply. It’s recommended to wait until breastfeeding is firmly established before introducing a pacifier.

That’s the goal right???

We need to put families first! And when we work together, that’s exactly what happens! Families thrive!

You’ve heard the saying, “it takes a village”. That village used to be a community of immediate and extended family and close friends there to support a new family. Today’s world just doesn’t look like that anymore.

But we are here and we continue to grow this new idea of a village. A space where families can get expert help and support. And a place where families can come to connect with each other!

What did you need in a village? What support were you missing? Let us know so we can work to bring that kind of support back for all families who need it!
