Our goal is supporting women and their families through the prenatal, postpartum journey and beyond through specialty services, education, classes, support groups, resources, and fun!

Behind every healthy baby is a village of people who refused to let that family walk alone.
This past weekend, our team joined forces with some incredible local heroes at the March of Dimes March for Babies walk! We were honored to be part of the Unite Tent alongside our amazing community partners:



(providing life-saving donor milk)

(supporting moms every step of the way)

(wrapping newborns in love and essentials)

(the experts in pregnancy & lactation safety)

(providing doula services for those needing it most)

(helping babies in need feed and thrive)

As a lactation practice, our mission doesn’t stop with infant feeding.. We walk for the preemies, the moms in the NICU, and every family navigating the beautiful, exhausting early days of parenthood.

To everyone who walked, donated, or cheered us on, thank you for being part of our village.

This month is a reminder that women’s health is not only physical. It is emotional, mental, spiritual, and deeply personal.

So many women carry stress, anxiety, fear, exhaustion, motherhood, work, family, grief, pressure, and silent battles while still showing up for everyone else.

But you do not have to carry it all alone.

You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to ask for help.
You are allowed to talk about what hurts.
You are allowed to choose peace.
You are allowed to heal.

At Me and Mom, we believe every woman deserves support, compassion, and a safe space to be heard.
