I always joke that my life is just one big vacation 😜 but this week I am truly in vacation mode at my family cabin in Canada. I grew up spending my summers here and it is truly holds some kind of Canadian magic ✨ a blissful place for some true R&R.

Had a very short but sweet catch-up with an old Chiro school bestie this past weekend while travelling through Sacramento. We haven’t seen each other since we graduated in December of 2021!

No one ever talks about how you go from spending 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, for almost 4 years with your classmates in Chiro school, to all being scattered across the US and Canada and rarely seeing each other 😢

Charles is a dedicated nutrition professional with a rich blend of personal and academic experiences. Having spent nearly two decades in Nashville, and now splitting his time between the south and sunny San Diego, he has cultivated a deep passion for holistic wellness, supported by an extensive network of mentors and loved ones. His academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Science from Austin Peay State University and a Master of Science in Nutrition for Wellness from Bastyr University in San Diego. He is currently completing his Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition from the University of Western States. Inspired by his own journey through mental health challenges, he is driven to empower others as a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist, advocating for holistic healing and personalized wellness. Outside of his professional pursuits, Charles finds solace in hiking, camping, backpacking, and gardening, embracing the natural world as both a source of inspiration and rejuvenation.
