Who are the CosmicWaves?

Hypsy and Oak are both established Yoga Healers local to San Diego. Having been a Cosmic unit for over 17 years, together they project the balance of sacred feminine and masculine energies in their offerings. 💛

HYPSY thrives on empowering and elevating her students, encouraging a safe container for expression and empowerment; her style of teaching weaves together dance, strength, and ancient wisdom - specializing in movement, breathwork, and mudras. She is also a cacao master facilitator, having studied right under Maya Moon’s very own founder & CEO, Kathryn Rogers. 🤍

OAK provides a grounding and nurturing environment for his students, offering a space for relaxation, contemplation, and meditative movement. Oak’s style of teaching reinforces stillness and spaciousness - excelling in meditation, mindful movement and sound healing - Oak’s specialty is orchestrating a soundscape with an array of instruments that is truly unforgettable. 💚

Everything we put on our bodies, clothing, jewelry, makeup and other accessories say something about who we are.

Think about that next time you “dress” yourself.

BurningMan was such a welcoming, open, safe, and expressive space to decorate the body to exhibit the soul, spirit.

For me, this means if you only COLOR inside the lines, you won’t have the opportunity to adapt, grow and ultimately transform.

Break the chains ⛓️ of expectation.

So, explore, try new things, including things that are hard and don’t always do what’s expected of you, either your own expectations or someone else’s.

COLOR your reality in the way you want to see it. After all, you are a reflection of YOUniverse.

Join me along with other bright lights 🌟 to activate personal power, heat, strength and fire while honoring a sacred tradition. Together we shine brighter! 💫

In this two hour class, we call on the MASCULINE energy of the SUN to WARM our spirit and 💥 IGNITE our ENERGY as we move through 108 simple SUNNIES guided by breath. ⚡️ACTIVATE and INVIGORATE your body, breath and soul, welcome in the SUMMER Solstice, and honor Father SUN! 🌞 Speaking of fathers, this class will be held on SUNday, Father’s Day. 🌱You are the medicine🌱

If you would’ve told me this even just a few years back, I would’ve rolled my eyes 🙄, then turned my attention to booze, smoke, food, t.v. or some other distraction.

Now, I have undying faith and trust not only in these words, but myself.

Whenever doubt, fear, hate, jealously or any other low vibrational energy comes to you, thank it for the lesson, let it go, and remember…

Humbled to hold space 🕊🤍

Before becoming a Yoga teacher, I practiced in this very space hundreds of times and I often wondered what it would be like to be the one at the front leading others. 🤔

Now, wow. 🤯

Every time I teach, I reflect on this amazing reality. 😭

I did it, but I’m not done. Expansion is exponential. 🔊

That said, it’s wise and enjoyable to be in it and live it without the desire to do more. 🧘‍♀️
