Even with such a strong faith in the divine - I continuously am left in awe.

This little dove sat + chilled on the fence for a good five minutes. Long enough for me to go grab my phone and close enough for me to take this photo.

And their presence truly felt like a STRONG message from the universe. That faith + trust is what we can always fall back on and what will always support us.

I share this because I feel this is a strong message for the collective too.

You’re never alone - just look for the magic and synchronicities that are waiting for you to notice them ✨

Trust + surrender.

Two things that sound immensely simple in theory and can be, and can also be quite challenging.

How can we lean into total trust in ourselves + the universe? How can we surrender to the plan the universe has for us and get out of our own way?

That - that’s where the magic happens ✨

I’m not sure about y’all, but this lunar eclipse is hitting hard - excavating any and all beliefs, patterns, and ways of being that aren’t in alignment with trusting my gut and moving towards alignment and my purpose.

It’s times like these that remind me that change happens FOR us - not TO us.

And - in the midst of that, feeling all the feels is so important. So is grieving what has been shed. So is feeling nervous and excited about what comes next.

Times like these have only brought even more joy, alignment, connection and grounding to my life. Even if there is some murkiness in this limbo period I feel like we, as a collective, are in.

Healing is not a linear journey, nor is it always a pretty one. And it’s a lot of work. A lot.

AND I cannot think of anything else that is more worth it. Investing in myself has been the most rewarding decision I’ve ever made. I’m so grateful for this beautiful life I’ve created. And for the opportunities to continually learn and invest in myself and my future.

Thank you. To everyone that has followed, supported, and believed in me this year. I feel so immensely grateful I’ve found my life purpose + can’t wait to continue healing with the collective and being in community with y’all in the new year.

Grief is weird. And anticipatory grief can add another layer. It’s interesting navigating this as a healer. Knowing I have all the skillsets to move through and also catching myself feeling like I’m being self-aware - when in actuality I am simply naming emotions instead of feeling them (cap sun + aquarius moon placements - surprise).

To be able to hold space for people while they move through their grief is so sacred. Ensuring I am holding space for myself has proven more difficult. And - I am always comforted knowing that with the darkness comes light, with sorrow comes joy. It’s always darkest before the dawn.

Be present and hold your loved ones tight ✨ As much as a cliche as it is, all we have is now.
