We are excited to announce A Special Event and invite your presenece to come join us for a FREE In Person 1 hour Talk and Experience with Kimberly Blair happening Saturday October 18th from 10-11am at the office 7071 Convoy Court, Ste 101, San Diego, CA 92111.

Kimberly is an impactful practicioner in the San Diego Wellness Community. She will share her holistic grief specialities and give you a little expreience to see for yourself how it makes you feel.

Kimberly empowers individuals in and beyond San Diego through her in-person holistic practice in La Jolla and Pacific Beach. With a background in psychology, an MBA, and credentials in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Conscious Connected Breathwork, Grief Counseling, Sound Therapy, and Reiki, she creates a safe space to process grief, release stress, and reconnect with purpose. Her work supports deep healing emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Clients leave stronger and more inspired to uplift others, making Kimberly a powerful catalyst for growth and transformation across the community.

Did you know grief witnessed by others when sharing your story in community can actually normalize and help validate your feelings to feel less alone? Our in person grief gatherings have been growing and we all learn from each other. The next Free Sound Experience for Grief will be on Sunday 28th from 3-4pm PST at the office 7071 Convoy Ct. Ste 101, San Diego, CA 92111. RSVP is required via text 858.833.0546 to Bereavement Coordinator Rebekah Finn . Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillows and there is space to sit or lay down and recommend to arrive early. We do lock the doors promptly at 3:05pm to ensure we start and end on time. ❤️ ❤️ ♥️

September’s online grief talking circle takes place the last Tuesday of each month via zoom from 6-7pm PST. It is led by a gracious Bereavement Volunteer Claudia Faerber . To receive the link and get your questions answered email Grief@topkare.com. Come give it a try on Tuesday September 30th and share your insight on the Topic: Seasons and how they remind us of those for whom we grieve. There is also space to come, listen and be with others in community if sharing isn’t your thing. This is Not a substitute for therapy.

Did you know we begin a new collaboration internship offering Free weekly Individual Acupuncture Appointments every Tuesday starting September 9th through December 9th with and .amymarie with a new group of students Bonnie Love, Rebecca@Parks-Ramage, Jennifer Ashlock and Margaret Drischler . These appointments are for those currently in the Bereavement Program, caregivers of loved ones who are currently on service, self care for Topkare Hospice staff and facility staff caregivers. If there are spots still available on Monday we offer a community drawing from a list of names of those interested in receiving an individual treatment. We currently have a few spots available for Tuesday and if you want to book an appointment please text 858.833.0546 to reserve with Bereavement and Volunteer Coordinator Rebekah Finn or to be added to the community drawing. Currently we have 4 appointments at 2:15pm and 3:15pm and we will add more appointments as the session rolls out.

It’s National Grief Awareness month and we wanted to take a moment and thinking about those who don’t know how to grieve, feel@alone in their grief, are learning to navigate life without their loved one, pet and any type of grief, are learning to live with old memories, are struggling with loss, and trying to be strong for others around them. Grief is a human experience we all have in common.
