Curious about the topics for the online grief circle? We gather together over zoom the last Tuesday of each month from 6-7pm PST. The first one of 2026 will be held Tuesday January 27th. If you have questions or would like to RSVP please email grief@topkare.com to register to join in. These circles are facilitated by Volunteer Claudia Faerber and Kevin Baross. In case you missed RN Katerina Rini .a.rini providing consoling music and vocals during the Annual Memorial here’s a little video that captured a small piece of her live elegy. Save the date for February 1st as she will be leading the Free monthly sound experience for grief from 3-4pm at the office 7071 Convoy Ct Ste, 101 San Diego. Need a Reset? Free Acuouncture starts next Tuesday January 13th thru April 14th. Mark your calendar and schedule an appointment for auricular acupuncture with sound experience or individual appointments today by texting 858.381.0098. These services are a collaboration with acupuncture students Emma, Libby and Adahra under the supervision of .amymarie. We look forward to seeing the community soon. We’ve attached the guidelines for these services and fliers for each of the different treatments.

Did you know we offer Free monthly online grief circles? If you are curious, interested please email grief@topkare.com to get your questions answered and RSVP register to come together online with others in sacred community. We join one another the last Tuesday of each month from 6-7pm PST. This circle is open to join if you want to sit and listen, share, or just be with other grievers. The next gathering will be January 27th and the Topic is Grief Surges. They come out of nowhere, but if you’ve experienced deep grief, you likely have encountered Sudden Temporary Urges of Grief (STUGs). In January’s circle we’ll discuss how grief surges appear and how you are able to move through them, understanding that they are part of living with grief.

2026 marks a 4 year partnership with Pacific College School of Health and Science acupuncture students and we feel so lucky to have built and maintained this relationship as it was coordinated by Medical Director Dr. Graham . We are so grateful and thankful to Dr. Lathrop .amymarie for continuing to lead each student internship group with expertise, compassion and kindness. The students are currently on break and it will return very soon. We will continue to offer these auricular and individual acupuncture services for free and look forward to the new group that will be joining us for orientation tomorrow. Wondering how the free monthly in person grief gatherings in sacred community has evolved? We hope those who are in the Bereavement program know there’s something special about sharing your authentic grief story with others. Witnessing, allowing space and presence to each person who shows up to share has a powerful way of creating connection. If you ever have been interested to try it out know you are welcome to come just as you and see for yourself how it may be helpful as you navigate your individualized grief journey. They take place the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 6-7pm at the office 7071 Convoy Ct Suite 101, San Diego, Ca 92111.
