How does your grief change over time? Come to the next free in person gathering to share your perspective with others. Text 858.833.0546 to RSVP and join Bereavement Coordinator Rebekah Finn and be in community on Tuesday August 12th at 6pm. All grief is welcome and there is space to listen, share, be heard and validated on your individualized grief journey. We witness and welcome you to come as you are.

Did you know we opened up more individual acupuncture appointments and the best part is the treatments are FREE thru Tuesday August 12th? These spots are open to those enrolled in our bereavement program, caregivers, facility staff where we have current patients at and if spots don’t fill up we do a raffle drawing to those in the community who are interested and want to try these holistic treatments. This internship program is a partnership we have with acupuncture students and it has been such a privilege to be able to offer these services to the community. We set the space 7071 Convoy Ct Ste 101, San Diego, Ca 92111 with a spa like, low lighting ambiance with the intention to all of those who enter our doors take a deep breath to rest and restore the parasympathetic nervous system. We also hope to spread a little bit of education about hospice as the office has card decks from to spark curiosity and plant seeds to normalize death and grief conversations and stories.

Have you tried the Free Monthly Spund Experience for grief? Join Bereavement Coordinator Rebekah Finn as she plays various sound instruments and weaves vocals. Come bring a yoga mat, blanket whatever you need to feel comfortable and there is space to sit in a chair or lay down. Confirm your spot as appointments are filling up fast by texting 858.833.0546.

Live in San Diego North County and curious about volunteering at Hospice? Email Volunteer Coordinator Rebekah Finn at volunteer@topkare.com to be added to our educational online training program to learn more about hospice and see whether it would be a good fit for you. We let volunteers know upfront we require a one year commitment and a minimum of 4-6 hours per month. It is a multiple step application process and taking the training is the first step. Reach out to us today.

Thank you to all the beautiful humans who joined in last night’s online grief talking circle. Save the date for the next FREE zoom circle that meets on the last Tuesday of the month from 6-7pm. This is not a replacement for therapy and it’s a sacred space to be seen, heard and validated as you navigate your grief journey.
