This affirmation has been on repeat during my mornings lately☀️

Sometimes an ambitious to-do list can cause overwhelm and stress, not because of the actual items, rather, because of the belief or mindset of ”I won’t have enough time.”

But is that really true?

Along with this maybe not even being true, this belief can invoke fear and procrastination which are not supportive to your productivity, calmness, and freedom.

So, especially on those days with long to-do lists, we can positively reframe our mindsets with this affirmation to help set us up for success.

Gently awaken the energy within your body with this all-level, full-body practice. We set up the poses slowly, then have a couple breath-to-movement flows at the end. During flow set-up, we spend some extra moments stretching your hip flexors and hamstrings.
