We got some questions about this last year, so this year, HealthTech Wellness welcomes the Lion’s Gate Portal 🦁 8/8-8/12.

Here’s a simple, but powerful personal practice you can do that blends the mystical with the practical so it’s not just “woo,” but actually shifts your mindset 🧠 and energy.

Lion’s Gate Ritual ✨
1. Set Your Space (5–10 minutes)
- Light a candle or incense (optional) — choose something that feels uplifting.
- Play gentle music or binaural beats in 528 Hz or 432 Hz for heart healing and clarity.
- Sit somewhere you won’t be disturbed for at least 15 minutes.

2. Heart Opening Breathwork (3–5 minutes)🧘‍♀️
- Place your hands over your heart.🫀
- Inhale 🧘‍♀️ deeply for 4 counts, imagining golden light flowing into your chest.
- Hold for 4 counts, letting the light expand.
- Exhale slowly for 6–8 counts, releasing old energy, fear, and self-doubt.
- Repeat for several cycles until you feel calm and open.

3. Write Your 8 Intentions ✍️
- On paper (not your phone—handwriting makes it more powerful), write 8 specific intentions for the next 12 months.
- Phrase them in the present tense: “I am…,” “I have…,” “I feel….”

4. Visualize Your Future Self (5 minutes) 💭
- Close your eyes and imagine it’s August 8, 2026.
- See yourself having achieved those intentions.
- Note: What are you wearing? How do you carry yourself? What’s your environment like? Who’s with you?
- Feel the emotions fully — joy, pride, love, gratitude — as if it’s already real.

5. Seal the Energy⚡️
- Read your 8 intentions out loud. Say: “It is done. I am ready to receive.”
- Blow out your candle (symbolically sending the energy into the universe).
- Keep your list somewhere visible for 8 days, then store it in a safe place.

6. Ground Yourself Back to the Present 🌱
- Drink a glass of water or herbal tea.
- Do something physical (stretch, walk barefoot on grass) so you’re not floating in “manifestation land” all day.

Here’s a straightforward roadmap 🗺️ to help you do it in a grounded and powerful way:

🌟 1. Get Specific About Your Dream Life:

- Write it out in detail. Where do you live? What do you do? How do you feel daily?
- Focus on how it looks and how it feels. Emotion is fuel for manifestation.
- Tip: Create a “Future Self” journal entry as if it’s already happening.

🧠 2. Reprogram Your Mindset:

- Identify limiting beliefs (“I’m not good enough,” “It’s too late”) and replace them with empowering truths.
- Use affirmations that are specific, present-tense, and believable: “I am attracting opportunities that align with my highest purpose.”
