We’re excited to share what’s new at Yoga Lab to keep your practice strong, supported, and steamy:

🌬️ Our commercial humidifier is back—and has been running consistently for over a month now. That means you’ve been flowing in that perfect hot, humid environment we all crave. Just how we like it. 🔥Haven’t had a chance to check it out? Come get a taste!

💪 Resistance bands for Sculpt classes arrive Monday, August 4th! These are free to use and will be hung up where the straps are in Studio 1. Grab a set before class and return them after—simple and seamless.

🏋️‍♀️ Ankle weights are coming soon! You’ll be able to rent them for $5 to use in any class of your choice. After use, place them in the Dirty Ankle Weights basket near the trash can in Studio 1. Our cleaning crew will sanitize them thoroughly between uses to keep things fresh and clean.

🔥☀️ Summer heat + hot yoga = time to level up your hydration game! Staying cool and balanced is key to feeling your best on and off the mat. 🌊✨

Here are some Ayurvedic-inspired tips to help you thrive:

💧 Hydrate deeply: Sip water throughout the day (not just before class!). Add a squeeze of lime or a few mint leaves for an extra cooling effect.

🥒 Eat cooling foods: Think cucumber, watermelon, leafy greens, and juicy fruits to balance the heat.

🌿 Coconut water love: Naturally hydrating and replenishes electrolytes lost in sweat.

🧘‍♀️ Cool the body mindfully: Try Sheetali breath: roll your tongue into a tube, or pretend you’re about to sip a straw and inhale through it slowly, then exhale through your nose. Repeat for a few rounds post-class to lower your body temp and calm your mind.

Stay consistent with your practice while honoring your body’s needs. Your mat will feel even better when you’re nourished and balanced. 💦

Yoga isn’t something to accomplish—it’s a remembrance of who you truly are. The physical practice, the breathwork, the stillness… they’re all tools guiding you back to that innate wholeness.

Sometimes, it’s not about adding more, but softening the layers that keep us from feeling free, connected, and at ease in ourselves. Every posture, every breath, every moment on the mat can reflect where we hold tension and where we can let go. Yoga reveals, rather than creates, the peace that’s already within. 🌿
