This time of year can bring pressure to smile, show up, and sparkle even when you're running on empty.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I want you to know:
🩷 You don’t owe anyone a festive mood.
🩷 You don’t have to perform joy to be included.
🩷 And you’re not failing if this season feels heavy.
You’re allowed to show up exactly as you are: tender, tired, grieving, overwhelmed, or somewhere in between.
✨ Real peace comes from honoring your truth, not forcing a feeling.
