🌬️ Living with asthma can feel like your body is holding its breath—tight chest, shallow breathing, that anxious feeling when you can’t quite get a full inhale.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Lungs are seen as the "tender organ"—sensitive to change, emotion, and external elements like wind, dryness, and allergens. When Lung qi is weak or obstructed, it can show up as wheezing, shortness of breath, congestion, or frequent respiratory infections.

🌿 May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and I just want to say this—whatever you’re carrying, whatever you’ve been navigating quietly, it matters. You matter.
