As many of us begin to come out from our respective homes (or caves) and begin interacting socially, a topic of conversation might be how we were all impacted by sheltering in place. Specially, our s*x life.

I mean, who doesn't like the nooner? Rushing home, jumping in the backseat, or finding a secluded private place in Balboa Park to quench the thirst of passion for our lover! That all makes sense, but what about when we've been working next to each other for the past 18 months? Is the same desire or passion exist? Maybe if we rushed off to one's place of business for a romp in the sack? Maybe then we'd experience the same thrill.

Some couples have experienced a rise in s*xual intimacy, whereas other have noted a sharp decline. How come?

Occasionally, I get the opportunity to work with clients who live with addiction. Its one of the things I love to do. Here is a blog written by a guest contributor.

Recovering from addiction is a challenging process. If your partner has a substance abuse problem, there are ways to help them get treatment for their addiction, and the two of you can work toward establishing a renewed, healthy relationship through hard work and unwavering love.

We're meeting again tonight for a solid men's group. 5:15PM for 90 minutes.

Weekly Men's Group meetings Scripps Ranch on Wednesday nights from 5:15-6:45 PM.10065 Old Grove Road Suite 102 San Diego CA, 92131. Group starts promptly at 5:15 PM and will run for 90 minutes. The group size will be at least 6 and a maximum of 10 adult men. Cost is $40 per session.

Working from home has brought a lot of challenges to the surface in relationships. Sometimes it may become easy to think a new partner would change your experience.

Anyone who knows me well, knows I've had my fair share of relationships. I remember a therapists who said, "John, if you change your partner you are just introducing a new set of perpetual problems into your life."
