At Daydream MD We Do Health & Wellness Differently. Daydream MD combines a unique approach to talk therapy with integrative psychiatry, holistic medical practices, cutting edge psychedelic therapy and wellness offerings. We start by understanding who you are and what you want to become. All patients undergo a comprehensive initial evaluation process. We want to understand if there are specific problems you're addressing, deep seated traumas you would like to heal or if you’re simply looking to keep growing as a human. We then match you with providers who are best suited to your needs, culture and background. We do therapy differently. Our therapists focus on achieving measurable results using collaboration and constant evaluation of desired progress. We pair evidence based and integrative practices together, and layer therapeutic gains with ketamine therapy, mindfulness practices, breathwork, somatic exercises, art therapy, group work, ecotherapy, biofield therapies and more. Our treatment team works closely with our mental health and medical providers to create synergistic plans of care that accelerate your growth. We support you in making sustainable progress towards your goals. We do mental health medication differently. Depending on what you need and want, we utilize a full spectrum of tools, including conventional medications, ketamine therapy, supplements and wellness practices to address your needs. We recognize that not everyone wants to take medication everyday and can provide solutions to honor that. We do medical care differently. We offer medical care services for wellness, not sickness. Improving your mental health may involve optimizing your sleep, managing your weight, enhancing your sleep, or myriad other potential avenues that a typical PCP may not be familiar with. All of our practitioners coordinate care to provide integrated care focused on what you need to create sustainable results to assist you on your path forward.

When stress is high and energy is low, the nervous system prioritizes survival over long-term goals. No amount of “trying harder” can override that.

Support changes capacity.

Depression doesn’t always match what’s happening on the outside.

For many people, it shows up as constant internal noise. A mind that feels busy, heavy, or stuck even when life looks stable or “good enough.” That disconnect can be especially isolating.
