I am FEELING the BEST in my life.

In my 20s and 30s, I was always ACTIVE and love playing sports and working out. As I have gotten into my 40s, after an ankle injury and the pandemic, I just don't feel as motivated to go to the gym.

For the past 4 months, I'm doing more fitness classes like and still love my badminton. I'm STAYING MOTIVATED.

Good luck to all the aspiring physicians on Match Day tomorrow!

I remember doing it 20 years ago. I was lucky and grateful to match at Morristown Memorial for my Emergency Medicine Residency.

Remember, not everyone matches the first time around.

The intensely competitive nature of the residency application process, especially for certain specialties, and the increasing number of medical school graduates, means that some students do not match. At the same time, some residency slots do not fill.

Things to do after Botox / Xeomin anti-wrinkle injections:

1. No applying pressure to the treatment areas for 4 hours.

2. No exercise for 4 hours - increased blood flow can move the medication.
