Many of my clients know, my son Noah passed away in the Fall of 2020. He was an extremely loved and active student at . He was everything that completed the shape and soul of my heart. His brothers at wanted to create a scholarship in his name so they started . We strive to help students be open about their mental health issues and support all around student wellness by spreading the word about resources and providing programming. Each year we have a care week leading up to our big fundraiser. This year we decided to do a concert w popular SDSU student bands. I will conduct a sound bath and we have having Yoga with a Life Balance Intention. We will also be tabling this week and distributing resources. Looking forward to Care Week
April 22-26th! In partnership with I will be conducting another Crystal Bowl Sound Bath! I can’t wait to see repeat students and new faces.
