Meet Siva! 7 PM’er

Siva joined us with no prior knowledge of strength training or deadlifting. Fast forward to today, and he has achieved incredible results:

- Lost 8% body fat 🏋️‍♂️
- Shed 12 pounds 🏆
- Gained muscle and confidence 💥
- Progressed from 0 to a massive 380-pound deadlift!

Siva’s journey is a testament to hard work, dedication, and the power of a supportive community.
