Deadlift feeling stale? Here’s how to keep progressing (and keep it exciting) 🔥

✅ Add a lil weight (even 2.5–5 lbs = progress)

✅ Switch your grip (double overhand → mixed → straps when needed)

✅ Sn**ch grip for extra back + off-the-floor strength

✅ Play with foot stance (find your strongest setup + build consistency)

✅ Hex bar for big pulls with a more “leg-driven” feel

Small tweaks = new stimulus = new PRs. 💪
