We are hiring a compassionate and reliable caregiver!

✅ Location: San Diego, CA 92114
✅ Schedule: 5 days a week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour break)
✅ Pay: Starting at $20 per hour
✅ Setting: Private single-family home (not a center facility), maximum 6 clients

Requirements:
• Must speak English and Spanish
• Experience cooking American-style meals
• Respectful, patient, and knowledgeable in caregiving
• Must have compassion and excellent interpersonal skills
• Absolutely no tolerance for any form of abuse or punishment toward clients

About the Role:

Great Golden Care LLC is currently seeking a qualified, certified, and experienced Administrator to join our team for our Adult Residential Facility (ARF) Level 6, located in San Diego.

We are in the final stage of approval with the San Diego Regional Center (SDRC) and are actively looking for a certified administrator who meets all SDRC requirements to help us complete the process.

Qualifications (Required):
• Valid ARF Administrator Certificate
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrator in a Level 4i or Level 6 facility
• SDRC Certificate (or willing to renew/submit proof of completion)
• RSS 1, RSS 2, RSS 3 Certificates
• DSP I and DSP II Certificates
• Knowledge of California Title 22 Regulations and Regional Center expectations

Duties Include:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the ARF Level 6 facility
• Support with ongoing SDRC approval and documentation
• Ensure compliance with licensing and Regional Center requirements
• Supervise and support care staff
• Coordinate with placement agencies and service coordinators

• Part-time: Minimum 20 hours per week
• Opportunity to grow into full-time as the program expands
