Simple Low FODMAP Corn Salsa ✨ This recipe needs a spot on my blog but…it hasn’t happened yet. 🙈 So here it is again. When you want salsa but don’t have fresh tomatoes - this is the perfect option! Eat it as a snack, top your tacos, throw it onto a taco salad - no rules here as long as it gets in your belly 🙃 This makes 5 Low FODMAP servings! ⁣

Ingredients 🌱⁣
1 cup of frozen sweet corn, thawed⁣
1 large jalapeño, minced⁣
2 tbsp packed chopped cilantro⁣
2 tbsp packed chopped green onion tips⁣
1 tbsp fresh lime juice⁣
3/4 tsp white wine vinegar⁣
3/4 tsp garlic-infused oil⁣
salt & pepper to taste ⁣

Method ✨⁣
✔️ Mix all ingredients together and adjust lime/salt/pepper to desired preference. Enjoy! 🥰⁣
❗️1 cup of corn is a little more than 5 ounces. A Low FODMAP serving is 1.34 ounces.⁣

The super savory and slightly sweet ground beef pairs perfectly with the refreshing, tangy cabbage, both brought into harmony by the creamy, slightly spicy Sriracha mayo. Now THAT is the kind of ✨balance✨ I aim for in my life. 😉⁣

❗️Not all garlic oils are Low FODMAP! ❗️ Depending on the manufacturing process, high FODMAP ingredients can make it into the final product, but these 5 are definitely Low FODMAP. I’ve tried all of these, and if you’ve ever read any savory recipe on my blog, it isn’t a secret which one is my fave 😉⁣

Sambal Oelek - a simple, Low FODMAP chili paste (just chili, salt, vinegar & preservatives!) that you can find at most grocery stores. I loveee this stuff, especially in stir fries! Enter: Sambal Pepper Chicken - a quick, saucy stir fry that’s ready in 30 minutes. So perfect for a week night dinner! ⁣

Voila! My favorite EASY-TO-FIND Low FODMAP cereals. So…I’m a sucker for Tex Mex 🤫 (must be the Texan in me). So here’s some Low FODMAP Loaded Nachos with THE BEST nacho ground beef, and a side of jalapeño yogurt - all made dairy free friendly.⁣

You can go all out with the toppings like I did, OR you can keep it simple with just the ground beef, some dairy free cheese and pickled jalapeños - it’s ALL up to you and how lazy (or not lazy) you feel. I won’t judge bc it’ll be delicious either way. 😘⁣

When I’m in an IBS(C) flare, I feel like the activity in my digestive tract slows down. Despite my bloated discomfort, I try to incorporate some movement to help move things along. The gentle twists and light pressure of certain yoga poses feel like the perfect massage for my belly. A lot of times I’m rewarded with a little 💨 here and there 🙈 so I know it must be working! BACK WITH A NEW RECIPE! ✨ Sweet Potato Tots ✨ These are crunchy little oven tots, coated in sweet potato chips and loaded with herbs & green onion for the ultimate savory flavor! The sweetness and umami pairs so well with the Lemon Aioli for that refreshing element, but it also goes well with ketchup. Do what you will. 😉⁣

These babies are Low FODMAP of course (sweet potato is Low FOD in 1/2 cup servings) but they’re also Paleo, Whole30 and Plant-Based-friendly. WOO! ⁣

My fave Low FODMAP snacks this month! ❤️⁣

Shar Entertainment Crackers ✨ The most Ritz-like crackers I’ve had and they went perfectly on my New Year’s charcuterie board. The crunch makes it SO satisfying and addicting!⁣

Ayoba Beef Sticks ✨ Low FODMAP jerky is hard to find. This is one of my faves. Love that it’s an individually packaged stick so I can grab it on the go. It’s also Whole30, so no added sugar! ⁣

Lesser Evil Ghee Popcorn ✨ Okay, this isn’t the most exciting snack but I’ve just been really enjoying how rich and buttery this tastes. ⁣

Tate’s Bake Shop GF Chocolate Chip Cookies ✨ I forgot how good these are! The perfect crunchy cookie with large morsels of chocolate chips. So addicting!⁣

Love Corn Habanero Roasted Corn Snacks ✨ It’s not common to find a non-sea-salt flavored snack without garlic and onion! Love these for something crunchy and savory. ⁣

Happy Friday, loves. 🥰 Re-sharing one of my faves from last year. Who needs Friday takeout when you can have this Low FODMAP, Paleo-friendly sheet pan Orange Chicken? [With broccoli bc, health ofc] ⁣

It’s lightly breaded to perfection with a simple homemade, subtlety sweet and sticky orange sauce all over. SO SO good!⁣
