Today I reminded my clients of these two things:

2016 was a tough year. The good news is that you learned from these mistakes, and now you have a bettwr knowledge base on how to overcome these in the future.

2017 will be another hard year full of new obstacles. Don't let this worry you because it makes you stronger. The key to this next year is to easily tackle familiar struggles from 2016, and strive to overcome anything in 2017.

We are human. We make mistakes. But we are also human, and we learn and grow from our mistakes and challenges.

If 2016 was a rough year, write down your hard times and how you got through them. Use this as your guide for 2017. You might be surprised on how far you have come in just 1 short year. Keep working hard and strive to Unlock Your Full Potential.
