I’ve been a little MIA the last 6 weeks as I’ve been super sick from growing this tiny human.

SCHEDLUING- as of right now I am keeping my online portal off and only scheduling via text and phone call. This is allowing me to listen to my body and not over schedule for the time being. Please reach out for all scheduling and I look forward to seeing you soon.

Ever so thankful that I get to do what I love 💛
I want to thank all of my clients for coming to relax and heal with me. I will be taking this next week to do the same! It is so important to take time for ourselves to recharge so that we can continue to pour into others.
For the next 6 weeks my scheduling will only be open via text and not by my appointment portal.
Enjoy time with your family/friends, read a book, soak up some sunshine, go grab a coffee and do some thrifting, but take some time this week to do something for YOU.
