On this sacred occasion of Guru Purnima, I offer my deepest gratitude to all my teachers β seen and unseen, past and present.
My journey began with my first gurus: my parents, whose values shaped me; my grandparents, uncles, sisters, husband, friends, and children β each of whom has taught me through love, support, challenge, and reflection.
To all the teachers who have shared the timeless wisdom of yoga with me over the past decade, I bow with folded hands:
πΊ From Samyak Yogamy first teachers: Rakeshji, Trupta, Arvindji β your teachings lit the first spark.
πΊ From , Boston: Rizopolous and Patricia Walden, whose depth and precision expanded my practice.

πΊ Krishna and , my first guides in Pranayama.
πΊ Swami Mahesh to grant clarity on Yoga philosophy, Ta**ra, Chakra and numerous other philosophical wisdom.
πΊ Indu Arora who deepened my understanding of Ayurveda and mudra.
πΊ Monique Lonner for granting me the lens to see Yoga from Therapy perspective and empowering me the skills to assist all ages.
πΊ .AnandaBhavnani Sir and Deepikaji , with whom I dove deep into the wisdom and subtlety of Pranayama.
πΊ I am also profoundly thankful to Dr. David Frawley and Dr. Swami Shankar, from whom I learned the intricate layers of Ayurveda and Chakra Dharana, respectively.
And most importantly, to
πΊ Sri M, for gracing me with Kriya and guiding me on the path of spiritual growth β your presence continues to be a light on my inner journey.
Each of you has left a lasting imprint on my path, and for that, I am forever grateful.
With reverence and love β Happy Guru Purnima. π
