Yesterday was a day of celebration and today it might feel a slow and that’s perfectly OK, whether you partied or had a heavy day at work; REST IS KEY . LISTEN TO YOUR BODY. Lack of sleep make your body less sensitive to insulin and less efficient at metabolizing blood glucose.

1. Despertar muy temprano (por ejemplo, de 3 a 5 a.m.) y sentirse alerta o ansioso.
2. Me siento conectado pero cansado
Es posible que te sientas nervioso o sobreestimulado, pero no realmente descansado o renovado.
3. Ansiedad matutina o pensamientos acelerados.
4. presión arterial elevada por la mañana.
5. Aumento de la grasa abdominal, antojos de azúcar o inestabilidad del azúcar en la sangre.
El cortisol está ligado al metabolismo de la glucosa y al almacenamiento de grasa, especialmente alrededor de la sección media.

Don’t let the rain keep you from your fitness goals! A quick, effective home workout can keep you active and energized. Here’s a simple 30-minute routine you can do anywhere—no equipment needed!
Workout Plan:
✔️ Jumping Jacks – 2 min (Warm-up)
✔️ Squats – 3 sets of 15 reps
✔️ Push-ups – 3 sets of 12 reps
✔️ Lunges – 3 sets of 10 reps (each leg)
✔️ Plank – 45 seconds x 3 rounds
✔️ Burpees – 3 sets of 10 reps (for that extra burn!)
