We think if we just do enough — track perfectly, plan everything, and keep pushing — we’ll fix the problem and finally move on.

But here’s the truth: all that control often drives us further apart.
It turns our spouse from a partner into a potential threat.
It makes our marriage feel like a task to micro-manage instead of a covenant.

Control isn’t strength, it’s often how we avoid the grief, fear, and powerlessness buried underneath.

God isn’t asking you to fix everything. He’s inviting you to surrender and let Him heal the heart beneath the striving.

Have you noticed this showing up in your marriage?

❤️ DM me JOY if you’re ready to stop striving and start reconnecting to God, and to each other.

It’s not always the infertility journey, the failed cycles, or the stress that’s pulling your marriage apart.

💔 Often, it’s the grief you never spoke of.
😡 The anger you keep pushing down.
😶 The sadness you try to hide because “others have it worse.”

Those buried emotions don’t vanish or disappear; they grow and fester. And while you’re working hard to “hold it all together,” they’re quietly building walls between you, your spouse, and the people you love.

God never asked you to fake joy or silence your pain. Healing begins when you stop performing “fine” and bring what’s real into the light.

💌 If you know you’ve been carrying more than you’re sharing, DM me HEAL — I’ll send you a practice to help you release what’s been sabotaging your connection.

The hardest part of waiting isn’t the clock—it’s what waiting does to your heart.

At first, you start strong. You pray. You believe. You remind yourself that God is faithful.

But as the months stretch on, waiting begins to whisper lies:
👉 “God has forgotten you.”
👉 “You’re being punished.”
👉 “Maybe you’re not worthy of the thing you’re asking for.”

Friend—hear me: waiting isn’t proof of God’s absence. Waiting is the place He does His deepest work. Not because He enjoys watching you ache, but because He loves you too much to let your hope be shallow.

💛 “Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but a longing fulfilled is a tree of life.” — Proverbs 13:12

If you’re weary in the waiting, you’re not broken—you’re human. And you don’t have to carry this alone.

Repeat after me: Grief is not the opposite of faith.

Friend, let that sink in.

Your tears don’t disqualify you. Your ache isn’t proof you’ve failed spiritually. Your lament isn’t weakness—it’s worship in raw form.

The Bible is filled with lament: David poured out his sorrow in the Psalms. Job wrestled with questions he couldn’t answer. Hannah wept bitterly before the Lord. Jeremiah was called the “weeping prophet.” And even Jesus cried out, “My God, my God, why have You forsaken me?”

👉 Pretending everything is fine to make others comfortable isn’t faith—it’s performance.
👉 Faith is showing up before God with your real heart—messy, aching, undone, and trusting He can hold it.
👉 Grief avoided doesn’t disappear; it festers. But grief surrendered becomes the soil where joy is planted again.

✨ Psalm 34:18 says, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”

So if you’ve been taught to hide your tears or fake strength, hear this: you don’t have to perform for God. He is drawn to your honesty. He heals what you bring Him.

📩 DM me the word HOPE if this is where you are. You don’t have to walk through grief alone.

Burnout isn’t just being tired.

It’s being exhausted and numb.
It’s snapping at the people you love, then crying in the bathroom.
It’s praying faithfully, but still feeling like God is far.
It’s looking in the mirror and wondering when you stopped being “you.”

Friend, this isn’t weakness.
And it isn’t who you are.

This is what happens when your nervous system stays in survival mode for too long. Your body learns to live in a constant state of bracing. But here’s the truth: just like it learned survival, it can also relearn peace.

That’s the work we do in Rooted & Renewed—healing both your emotions and your body’s survival responses so you can:
✨ feel like yourself again
✨ reconnect with God without the fog
✨ live with joy instead of fear

If this feels like your story, don’t keep holding it all together.

DM me “Hope” and I’ll send you the link to book your free 30-min Hope Renewal Call.
You don’t have to stay in burnout. You don’t have to do this alone.
