Energy Alignment and Success Retreats, and Workshops. I am success mindset yoga coach. This is what sets me apart from others.

We help women connect with their hearts and purpose by creating unforgettable experiences at weekend retreats and workshops to be much more balanced and productive in their lives and businesses. One who helps people reach beyond their dark fears & old patterns to the lightness of success. I do this by helping the body be successful in yoga while training the mind at the same time. I discovered this as a yogi when I realized that saying affirmations while doing yoga, they became more powerful… Since then, I have developed a whole unique system of helping the body & mind work in tandem to create a successful mindset. Once the body & mind are aligned for success, that is where my extreme sensitivity to energy is useful. What once was considered to be a weakness, sensitivity, is actually my strength. My emotional quotient is off the charts.

Not one, but three passions united in one powerful workshop:
Connection with Transformation. Women. Youth - TOGETHER.

There are no limitations when we truly love what we do. Today, a Vision Board Workshop at Success Yoga Center brought women and young girls into a shared, heart-centered space where mothers and daughters connected deeply to their visions—side by side.
What unfolded was beyond words. Young girls bravely wrote love letters to themselves and to their moms, wishing their dreams into existence and seeing them not only as mothers, but as women with purpose, vision, and possibility.

The room was filled with authenticity, courage, love, and moments that will live in their hearts forever.

I am so proud of the girls and the women. Their openness, their love, and their willingness to connect on such a deep level to themselves and each other, reminded me why this work matters.

Our women’s retreat was a powerful experience. We released emotions, let go of the past, and created space for a new way of seeing ourselves. We went deep into connection, clarity, and alignment — and from that new point of view, each woman created her own success outcomes for the future. This circle held so much strength, honesty, and transformation.

The next women’s circle is coming up in December and January, where we will connect to our vision and bring it to life. Stay tuned.

Today’s workshop was led by and organized by for over 30 women in a stunning villa overlooking the mountains with an infinity pool, in a breathtaking location in San Diego.

This powerful gathering left women fully relaxed—letting go of negativity and stepping into hope and positivity.

Through heart-opening techniques, the experience felt far beyond the room—touching each woman on a deep, transformational level.
