130 high school students rotated through biomechanics, sports performance , athletic training, physician assistant, occupational therapy, EMS, nursing and came away wanting more. Can’t wait to do this again!

Attended an amazing wellness conference today. I learned that cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cabbage, brussel sprouts) are good for you. They turn on 500 genes but you lose that effect if you cook it. Trader Joe’s has a cruciferous crunch mix that’s quite yummy with their green goddess dressing. I’m going to be doing a lot of chewing.
