This past weekend, Sharp Mary Birch Hospital for Women & Newborns hosted its annual NICU Little Grad Reunion! 🎉

Started in 1994, this free event brings together hundreds of graduates from our Level III neonatal intensive care unit and their families for a day filled with activities, food, and fun.

The best part? Reuniting with the amazing nurses, doctors, and specialists who are overjoyed to see how their littlest patients have grown and are thriving.

Whether it's reconnecting with caregivers a year later or reuniting with fellow NICU families decades later, this event is always filled with positivity and joy. We can't wait for next year! 💖
