Most people try to fix ADHD by thinking harder, planning better, or “being more disciplined”…
but if your body is dysregulated, your brain is already overwhelmed before you even start.

This is why we focus on connection first — not perfection.

→ move your body
→ get sunlight
→ take a breath before you jump into the day

Start simple:
→ move your body
→ support your brain (don’t rely on memory)
→ make things feel a little less boring

That’s the work.
