✨ Case Highlight ✨

This patient had her breast augmentation in 2007 with 375cc silicone implants. She presented to us with Grade 3 capsular contracture in both breasts, along with a history of symptoms over the past several years, including fatigue, anxiety, hot sweats, vision changes, headaches, joint pain, and difficulty sleeping.

During her explant surgery, we discovered that both implants were completely ruptured.
