Manifesting 💖✨🌹
I am grateful for how far I’ve come. I’ve seen many 10 year ago photos and to think who I was back then is mind blowing. I don’t recognize my old self. I recognize my future self. I acknowledge my past, and I express gratitude for my experiences, they are what made me, but the future is bright and clear and that is what I’m focusing on.

This years vision board 🙌🏼
Every year I like to envision what my year ahead will look like and embody the feeling of receiving what I want.

If you know about The Secret, you know about the keys to manifesting.
1. Ask the universe what you want.
2. Believe it will happen. Embody it.
3. Receive with an open mind, actively work towards your goals.
4. Express gratitude, even before you have received.

When I do a vision board I like to meditate before creating. I let my mind and body explore what it desires and I look for the pictures to match. Then I start creating. I look at my board every day and find ways to reach my goals. Before I know it, things happen for me. When I come home and realize the thing I did or received was on my board, I get sooo excited and am so grateful for my freedom and abundance.

This year for me is about coming back to my health, saving for my future, stepping into a leadership role for my business, and exploring beautiful places.

These are my New Moon in Capricorn intentions for now and my year ahead. What are some of yours? Remember when writing your intentions to not be too hard on yourself, be realistic and know that new habits take time to build. Ask your guides for help and trust that the universe will shower you will your desires when you are ready. Transformation takes time, but work on what you can daily and before you know it you will see results. ☺️✨💖

I get asked all the time… “Do you enjoy your job?” “Have you been successful doing massage?” And while it’s nobody’s business.. My answer is F**K YES!!! I never feel like I’m working when I’m practicing this sacred ritual. I feel connected. I feel in love. I feel energized. And then I get asked things like, “How do you handle harassment?” Well simply, I carry pepper spray and my professional demeanor keeps weirdos at bay. There are many people who don’t understand this practice and see it as draining, or a form of s*x work, and while I respect s*x work, massage is not a part of part of it, nor is it draining to me. What is draining, are peoples assumptions and disrespect towards me as an energy worker and as a certified massage therapist. Let’s start changing the narrative and educate our clients on what a safe massage practice looks like. Let’s start celebrating people who spend years learning this practice to help others and make a successful life for themselves. 🙌🏼✨
