You've been treating your friends and family during this holiday season, now it's time to treat yourself! Our in-house massage therapists work closely with the chiropractor to focus on each patient's individual needs based on their unique experiences and bodies.

Massage therapy is not just for relaxation (although that is important, as well). Our focus at Health in Balance is to work deeply into the muscles to relieve tension/pain. Most of our patients couple massage therapy with their chiropractic treatments to provoke easier adjustments and correct alignment.
