With more than 34 years of EMS field and leadership experience, Lorie brings deep operational expertise, compassionate leadership, and a steadfast commitment to serving both patients and teams. Her belief that there is no higher honor than caring for another human being reflects the values we strive to live every day.

Yesterday, Paramedic Scott H. and EMT Brandon L. met a young man they last saw fighting for his life during a traumatic cardiac arrest in September 2025.

This time, he walked into with his mom by his side to say thank you. Falck’s own ‘team mom’, Laura Burns helped bring everyone together, standing there to witness this reunion meant even more. Moments like this remind us why we train, why we respond, and why every second matters. ❤️‍🩹🚑

Paramedic Alex and EMT Milan get their CPR Save pin for saving a patient at a community center. Bystanders had also performed CPR and used an AED prior to their arrival. CPR and AEDs save lives-truly a team effort. And great job to our crew!!
