๐ŸŒŽ It was delightful to present to a global audience on such important topics, despite delivering the information at 6:30 am and 7 am Pacific time to accommodate several different time zones in one session. ๐ŸŒ„

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โš•๏ธ If you had asked me a decade ago if you rrreeeeaaaallllllllyyyyyy need to โ€œwashโ€ your fruits and vegetables, I would have said no, just rinse them.

โ€œWorking with Stephanie as a dietetic intern was one of the most impactful learning experiences I have had.
She has an incredible ability to combine evidence-based nutrition with compassion, curiosity, and genuine patient connection. One of the biggest lessons I learned from her is that it does not matter how much knowledge you have if a patient does not feel heard, understood, and supported.

Stephanie is deeply passionate about integrative medicine and medical nutrition therapy, and it shows in every aspect of her work. She was extremely generous with both her time and resources and consistently went out of her way to support my professional growth. She thoughtfully created dynamic projects and learning opportunities that helped me complete my competencies while also contributing to the success of Begin Again Nutrition.

๐ŸŽค Just this month I have provided presentations on heart health, habit formation, workplace resilience, breath work and relaxation techniques, meditation, joy, and child nutrition! Thatโ€™s a busy April! ๐ŸŒฑ

๐Ÿ˜ My favorite feedback received this month is โ€œIt was probably one of the best Wellness courses I had taken over the past 5 years, flow worked well, and while we were a little crunched for time at the end, really enjoyed the experience.โ€ This was from an online seminar with over 100 participants and they were fantastically engaged with the experience, with most participants interacting with me in every embedded moment of interaction.
