On October 12, 13 and 14th we will be offering a lifeguard course covering first aid and ocean rescues. The goal of this course is to certify participants to assist the country in preventing accidents at its beautiful beaches and to ensure preparedness to respond when emergencies occur.

To take the Lifeguard class you will need to be able to swim 500 meters in 10 minutes. If not, you can take the beach safeguard class that focuses on what to do when there is an emergency on the beach or when someone is being pulled out of the water. Both classes will teach first aid skills as well.

Los días 12, 13 y 14 de octubre ofreceremos un curso de salvavidas que incluirá primeros auxilios y técnicas de rescate en el mar.
El objetivo de este curso es certificar a participantes para ayudar al país a prevenir accidentes en sus hermosas playas y garantizar la preparación necesaria para responder ante emergencias.

Para tomar la clase de socorrista, deberás saber nadar 500 metros en 10 minutos. Si no, puedes tomar la clase de salvamento en la playa, que se centra en qué hacer en caso de emergencia en la playa o cuando se rescata a alguien del agua. Ambas clases también enseñan primeros auxilios.
