We all love right?! Of course, we do, but what we DON'T love are all the added sugars and extra calories some of our favorite drinks can rack up!
Luckily, I've got you covered with a few of my favorite simple swaps that deliver the same great flavor with less than 1/2 the calories of the original drinks! Take a look below to find your next order

Iced Pumpkin Coffee 👉 50 calories
To order ask for:

1️⃣ grande iced coffee
2️⃣ splash of almond milk
3️⃣ 1 pump of sugar-free vanilla and 1 pump pumpkin
4️⃣ I also love to top mine with some cinnamon on top (adds zero calories)

Cold Brew Caramel Latte 👉 50 calories
For a grande size In order to get the best bang for your calorie bucks ask for the following:

1️⃣ cold brew coffee
2️⃣ almond milk
3️⃣ sugar-free caramel syrup
4️⃣ no cream

Of course, this doesn’t mean that you should never treat yourself to a fancy drink. ☕ However, being aware of the hidden calories and added ingredients can have a HUGE impact on our health!

For example, by swapping out just ☝️ drink a day, you could save over 300 calories (most of which come from sugar) without sacrificing any flavor, leaving more room in your day for whole foods that will keep you full.

🚨 DID YOU KNOW?! 🚨 The FDA recently made changes to food label standards!

That means that the little box containing nutrition info you find on the back of all the boxed and packaged foods you buy in the grocery store looks a little different. 👀

To make sure you’re not missing anything you need to know make sure to look for: ⬇️

✅ SERVING SIZE: Gone are the days of ½ a bottle being considered a serving size. Now, they represent more realistic portions and have been put into a larger, bolder font

✅ CALORIES: Like the serving size, the calories are now also displayed in a much larger, bolder font so you know exactly what you’re consuming.

✅ % DAILY VALUE: This is the specific percentage of a certain vitamin or mineral you’re recommended to consume in a day for optimal health. Due to recent guideline changes, the % amount displayed on packages has been changed, too.

✅ ADDED SUGARS: New and improved, the sugar section has been updated to include added sugars so you can determine how many calories are coming from natural sugars such as fruit and how many are coming from added ingredients such as granulated sugar.

✅ VITAMIN D & POTASSIUM: Vitamin A & C have been replaced with D & Potassium to help prevent the prevalence of deficiencies. Look for high percentage values to make sure you’re giving your body what it needs!

When it comes to sustainable weight loss, the very first step I teach my clients is how to build balanced meals and snacks with 3 key components:⁣

I’ll take a side of French Toast with my yogurt please! 🙋🏼‍♀️⁣

This picture of my client’s breakfast is the perfect image of what I teach my clients—BALANCE & MINDFUL EATING 🙌🏻⁣

In just 1 week of working together, she has been incorporating healthy balanced meals 𝘢𝘯𝘥 allows herself to enjoy her favorite foods in moderation. She has mostly veggies, fruit, hummus, salmon, trail mix, and whole wheat bread but also includes some mini hot dogs, mashed potatoes, chocolate, and wine.🍷⁣
