We all love right?! Of course, we do, but what we DON'T love are all the added sugars and extra calories some of our favorite drinks can rack up!
Luckily, I've got you covered with a few of my favorite simple swaps that deliver the same great flavor with less than 1/2 the calories of the original drinks! Take a look below to find your next order
Iced Pumpkin Coffee 👉 50 calories
To order ask for:
1️⃣ grande iced coffee
2️⃣ splash of almond milk
3️⃣ 1 pump of sugar-free vanilla and 1 pump pumpkin
4️⃣ I also love to top mine with some cinnamon on top (adds zero calories)
Cold Brew Caramel Latte 👉 50 calories
For a grande size In order to get the best bang for your calorie bucks ask for the following:
1️⃣ cold brew coffee
2️⃣ almond milk
3️⃣ sugar-free caramel syrup
4️⃣ no cream
Of course, this doesn’t mean that you should never treat yourself to a fancy drink. ☕ However, being aware of the hidden calories and added ingredients can have a HUGE impact on our health!
For example, by swapping out just ☝️ drink a day, you could save over 300 calories (most of which come from sugar) without sacrificing any flavor, leaving more room in your day for whole foods that will keep you full.
