We invite you to continue the conversation at our "Raising Awareness Event" this Saturday, July 26th from 12 – 4pm at 2375 Congress St., San Diego, CA 92110. Free, family-friendly, and open to all. Learn more at sdaihc.org.

Local teachers visit San Diego American Indian Health Center🪶

Last week, we welcomed our city's educators from San Diego Unified School District for a comprehensive tour of our clinic, mobile health unit, and youth center.

They toured our spaces, asked questions, and spent time with the team learning how we support youth through cultural education, wellness programs, and interactive community events.

Thank you all for visiting! We’re excited to keep building partnerships that connect students with resources rooted in care, culture, and community. Learn more at sdaihc.org.

🪴The Healing Garden Workshop 🪴

This past week, we hosted the third Healing Garden Workshop—a free event for patients and community members focused on wellness through gardening.

Participants learned from Master Gardeners about the healing benefits of gardening, then hand-painted their own terracotta pots and designed mini succulent bouquets to take home.

Along the way, our health center shared su***de prevention resources, opened the door to honest conversations about mental health, and introduced attendees to our programs and services.

Interested in joining our upcoming workshop?
