Even though the enamel on your teeth is the hardest part of the human body, it still has tiny pores. When you drink coffee, the tannins in the brew enter these pores, leaving deep stains behind. This drink is acidic in nature, which can, over time, wear the enamel off, leading to more stains.

So make sure to consume them within limits! And don’t forget to brush and floss your teeth!
