How do you align with your higher self everyday? When I say higher self, I am referring to your spirit. Or, I’ve heard it called your “inner guidance system.” I do a spiritual practice called a Sadhana. I use the instrument of my body to open and clear the channels of my energy for the day. I love my practice!! It can be ecstatic, challenging, all the things… and the days that I do it are significantly better than the days that I do not do it!! I chant the Adi mantra three times before I begin my practice. Its opens the energy channels in all of the 72,000 nadis/energetic channels. My practice synchronizes my mind, body and spirit.
