Legal Stuff:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
o Coordinate sales effort with Sales Representative and Area Sales Manager.
o Routes stops by time and communicates with driver for display stops.
o Organize and arrange inventory in the on the shelf and storage area(s).
o Builds displays according to standards.
o Rotates products according to standards.
o Responsible for completing all stops assigned for a given day.
o Position Point of Sale as instructed.
o Responsible for all facets of detail at retail or every assigned stop, including: facing cans, shelf-strips, static stickers, and neck-hangers. Check working order and cleanliness of Point of Sale.
o Communicates out of stock situations with the Sales Department.
o Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
o High School Diploma or GED
o Must pass physical, drug test & background screen
o Must be able to work flexible hours and shifts.
o Must possess a valid CA driver license with a clean driving record.
o Must possess a reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
PREFERRED SKILLS
o Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to organize work, time, and self.
o Manage and maintain cooperative working relationships with all company departments.
o Self-motivated and curious.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS

I. Purpose of Position:

To assist the operations manager by monitoring the night shift's work activity and performance and routing the next day's outgoing orders according to our route guidelines.

II. Principal and Basic Duties:

• Communicates with the appropriate departments and personnel to ensure that all outgoing orders are efficiently routed.
• Diagrams trucks.
• Creates pick-sheets for the warehouse personnel.
• Reviews customer orders and selects the correct route based on the location, shipment size, and customer time requirements.
• Checks the inventory loaded on trucks for accuracy to ensure items and quantities match the load sheets.
• Selects the appropriate trucks for each route based on volume and equipment availability.
• Controls delivery route productivity by ensuring that each truck carries an appropriate load.
• Maintain daily dispatch log containing start times, driver, route number, number of stops, cases and barrels for each delivery truck.
• Prepares the delivery hand-held devices.
• Creates a delivery manifest for the delivery personnel.
• Maintain Roadnet database customer locations, time windows, and other information.
• Responsible for all warehouse activity during the night shift ensuring the safety and security of the employees, facility, and inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

III. Physical and Mental Demands
