Teaching the Ujayi Breath (also called Ocean Breath) against the sound of real waves splashing the shore is an experience I don't take for granted!! 🌅💟 So grateful to spend my mornings on Mission Bay at The Catamaran doing what I love.

Hi yoga lovers! I will be teaching at the cliffs Wednesdays at 5:30 and I'm looking to add a Saturday morning class at another location on or near the peninsula! I have a wonderful friend who will likely pick up the Thursday class at the cliffs. More details later! ☮️💟🕉️
