I’m emotional when this mama told me everything about this birth was different and that she is nursing her babe this time around instead of exclusively pumping like the last round. And had a completely different birth vs the last traumatic one. She told me the only thing she can think that’s different than last time, chiropractic care.

The mornings are cold, (ok for us San Diegans its freezing ok?!), but chasing these highs is what gets me out of the door for my community.
