Full moon breathwork and vision board session Friday 1/6 6pm!

We will begin some time outside under the full moon by the water to soak up the full moon's energy. Next is a powerful 30 minute breathwork session in the studio. We'll conclude by creating our own personal vision board to channel all that energy toward becoming real.

We will provide posterboard, and gluesticks and other random art supplies. Bring your own scissors, magazines or printed images, and any other supplies you'd like.

Our last full moon session had such great energy. Everyone who came felt empowered and renewed.

2023 has begun and NOW is the time to make your dreams real! Join us!

The energy left in here after our solstice 108 Sun Salutations tonight was so juicy. ✨Some powerful forces came together to move us toward a big and beautiful 2023!

We had such a fun & meaningful time participating in the Annual Mission Beach Giving Day! Participants in our current class of 300-hour yoga teacher training spent the morning cleaning up the beach and bay around . It was a beautiful day with beautiful energy! ✨
