It's been a 12-year ride in La Jolla Shores, and we feel blessed to have been a part of this community. I've met many wonderful people from across the USA and from around the world, and hope that our whole-person approach to healthcare spreads to the far corners of the earth 🌎. La Jolla Shores is a special place in all of God's creation - a place of healing, a place of restoration, and a place of deep revelations. May all who have been touched (literally or otherwise) walk in wisdom, power and strength, and pass on the message of faith, love and hope to others.

Our mind is a gift and our body, an incredible machine that deserves the utmost care so that we may live our divinely appointed purpose.

We have moved closeby to 4901 Morena Blvd, just a little north of Costco, across the freeway.... and will be part of training facility. We look forward to continue providing your care in this next chapter, through the SHFT!

Our goal at The SHFT is to create a community where members motivated to restore health or optimize performance can gather in a supportive, interactive atmosphere to train in & experience lifechanging mindset and habits. The convergence ofneuroscience and nutrition will provide members with the best possible outcome to live life longer and healthier - with a renewed sense of divine purpose, mental acuity and physical vitality!

A prelude to Christmas by was a welcomed treat this weekend. It was a wonderful multi-sensory experience with traditional Christmas music played with classical and rock sounds, pyrotechnics, laser show, Broadway-style story telling and vocal solos. The gigantic human sized snow globe was spectacular! We missed violin virtuoso and hope to catch him next time!
