Many corporate girlys are so exhausted trying to lose weight bc they spend so much energy managing it... that there’s barely any energy left to live their normal life outside their 9-5.

When I worked my corporate job and was trying to lose 30 lbs, I thought I just needed to try harder.

But the reality was...

I was burning myself tf out for a body that never seemed to change (and that’s one of the most frustrating places to be).

The ONLY way I was able to lose weight:

I had to implement a routine that didn’t require me to spend all my mental energy on weight loss in the first place.

That’s exactly what I help my 1:1 clients do.

Spoiler: It’s LESS than what you’re trying to do now... and that’s a big reason it actually works.

Comment COACH and I’ll walk you through how it looks when we work together 🤎

your weight loss plan is taking up way too much mental space, especially when your 9-5 already takes enough 🫠

When I worked my corporate job & was 40 lbs heavier, weight loss consumed me.

🚘 listening to health & fitness podcasts on my commute
👩‍🍳 half my Sunday dedicated to meal prepping
🏋️‍♀️ working out post 9-5 and getting home at 6:30 pm just to shower, eat and basically go to bed
🍕 feeling guilty anytime I ate pizza, cookies or anything “bad”

so when my body still wasn’t changing, I thought the problem was me.

like maybe I just needed more willpower.
more discipline.
a stricter plan.
a better routine.
a more “locked in” version of myself.

but honestly?

the problem wasn’t that I didn’t know what to do – but this version of weight loss I was trying to follow required way too much mental energy to maintain

and when you already spend all day making decisions, answering messages, sitting in meetings, managing stress, and trying to be productive…

your weight loss plan cannot feel like another full-time job.

Once I built out a strategy that honestly felt like weight loss was on autopilot, and was totally doable with my 9-5 time & energy, AND didn’t feel like I was giving up a life I wanted to live just to lose weight?

I lost 40 lbs without macro tracking, dieting, or giving up the foods I love... and ~easily~ kept it off

If you’re here thinking GIRL SPILL THE TEA 🫖👀

This is the strategy I teach my 1:1 clients — when you work with me in this capacity, you’re not getting a random meal plan to follow or a generic ass workout routine 😌

Everything is built around YOUR actual life, preferences, etc — including your 9-5. (aka: this isn’t some 75 Hard s**t)

you’re not stuck in your weight loss bc you “don’t know what to do”

it’s bc you keep trying to be the version of you who does everything perfectly

the version who:
🥗 says no to the office donuts
🏋🏼‍♀️ works out even when she’s exhausted
🍽️ eats clean all week
🧠 never emotionally snacks after work
🍷 skips the margarita
😌 stays “good” no matter how stressful her 9-5 gets

and I get why that version feels safe
bc you’re capable

👏🏼 you show up at work
👏🏼 you hit deadlines
👏🏼 you keep your life moving
👏🏼 you know how to get things done when there’s structure, accountability, and a clear expectation.

so when weight loss feels messy, inconsistent, and frustrating…

your brain goes:
💭 “okay, I just need to get it together”
💭 “next week I’ll be stricter”
💭 “I know what to do, I just need to do it”

but that’s *exactly* where the cycle keeps repeating

👉🏼 bc weight loss doesn’t work the same way your job does

you can’t just deadline, discipline, and perfectionist your way into a body you feel good in when your nervous system is fried, your routine only works when life is calm, and your plan depends on you never wanting the donut 🫠

the goal isn’t to become the girl who says no to everything

the goal is to build a routine where saying yes to a donut doesn’t turn into eating random snacks all night because you “already messed up”

that’s the work I do with my 1:1 clients

❌ we don’t build another perfect plan for the fantasy version of you who has unlimited energy after work

✅ we build the routine for the real you

the one with a 9-5
stressful weeks
office food
date nights
random cravings
low-energy evenings
and a life she doesn’t want to give up just to lose weight 😍

bc you don’t need more rules
you need a strategy that teaches you how to stop turning one imperfect choice into a full reset

my 1:1 waitlist is now open 🤍

⚡️ comment “READY” if you’re done trying to become the perfect version of yourself and want to build a weight loss routine that actually works for the real version of you

if you’re a 9-5 girly who loves margs, date nights, sweet treats, pizza, and chocolate…

pls for the love of god do not boycott your actual life just to “lock in” and lose weight 🥲

because what’s the point of losing weight through a plan you can’t wait to escape from?

what’s the point of tracking every bite, cutting carbs, skipping dinners out, forcing extra cardio, and living in “good girl” mode…

just to maybe lose the weight and then gain it back the second you start living again?

because that’s what happens when the plan only works under perfect conditions.

when work isn’t stressful.
when nobody invites you out.
when your sunday is dedicated to meal prep.
when you have the energy to cook after your 9-5.
when you’re willing to say no to every food you actually want.

but your real life doesn’t look like that.

you have meetings.
commutes.
decision fatigue.
post-work happy hours.
date nights.
weekends that finally feel like yours.
and a brain that does not want weight loss taking over every waking thought.

so no, I don’t want you building a routine you can only sustain when you’re perfectly locked in.

I want you building the version of your life that supports the body you want.

one where you can lose weight, feel hot in your clothes, go out to dinner, have the marg, eat the cookie, and not feel like you have to start over every monday.

that’s why sustainability is a core value inside my 1:1 coaching.

we’re not building a plan you need to survive.

we’re building a routine that lets you lose weight and live.

because you don’t want to track macros, cut out carbs, do extra cardio, and say no to margaritas forever… right?

uh huh… thought so 😌

if this style of coaching feels like what you want, comment WAITLIST and I’ll send you the details when spots open 🩵
