Kara Dodds & Associates: Pediatric Speech, Occupational and Physical Therapy Center was established in 2001 located in San Diego, California. We provide the highest level of individualized speech, language and social communication services to children in need, including diagnostic and therapy services. As comprehensive speech-language therapy center, we offer a broad spectrum of communication related services to meet the needs of children and their families in the San Diego area. Our team of highly qualified Speech-Language Pathologists design individual treatment programs and carefully evaluate these programs on an ongoing basis in order to make changes depending on the child's progress. All of the Speech-Language Pathologists at Kara Dodds & Associates are dedicated to providing research driven, up-to-date therapy services for children and adolescents who struggle with a variety of developmental and communication-related challenges. Providing solutions that allow children to reach their full potential in all areas of communication is our goal. Pediatric Speech Therapy specializing in:

Congrats to Noah on graduating from speech therapy! He initially started ST to work on his /k/ and /g/ sounds as well as language goals. Noah has made lots of great progress working on his clear speech, most recently with his /r/ and /th/ sounds. KDA and Noah’s family are so proud of him!

We provide the highest level of individualized therapy services where kids and families come first by offering, 1:1 therapy, extended hours M-F with Saturday options, child friendly waiting rooms for siblings, and more... As comprehensive therapy center, we offer a broad spectrum of pediatric therapy services including evaluations and education support. Our team of related certified and licensed therapists design individual treatment programs and carefully evaluate these programs on an ongoing basis in order to make changes depending on the child's progress. We work with a variety of developmental delays with some including but not limited to: Autism Spectrum Disorders Communication Deficits and Delays Motor Deficits/Apraxia Feeding and Oral Motor deficits Phonological and Articulation Deficits Social / Pragmatic Language Deficits Sensory Integration / Genetic and other Neurological Conditions

We accept Tricare, Kaiser, Easter Seals of Southern California, the San Diego Regional Center and most PPO insurances.
