You can prioritize whole foods, movement, stress management, therapy, sleep, nervous system healing, and natural support while also utilizing modern medicine, prescriptions, hormone therapy, or other treatments recommended by your healthcare team.

Holistic wellness is about supporting the whole person — not shaming people for the path they choose. What helps one person may not help another, and that’s okay. Bio-individuality matters.

The goal should always be informed choices, compassionate care, and finding what truly supports your mind, body, and spirit. ✨

Trauma is not a competition.
There is no gold medal for “who had it worse.”

What one person experiences as traumatic may not look the same for someone else — and that does not make their pain less valid. Every nervous system, every life experience, every story is different.

Your trauma is valid.
Their trauma is valid too.

Healing happens when we create space for compassion, understanding, and support — not comparison.

The wellness industry is a multibillion-dollar industry — and not everything being sold online is rooted in science, regulation, or what’s best for YOUR body.

Can whole foods, movement, stress reduction, sleep, therapy, supplements, and holistic support help? Absolutely. But healing is individualized. What worked for an influencer on TikTok or Instagram may not work for you. And just because someone has a discount code doesn’t mean the product is going to heal your autoimmune disorder, fix your hormones, cure your gut issues, or change your life.

Please have honest conversations with your doctors, specialists, therapists, nutrition professionals, and care team. Ask questions. Advocate for yourself. Explore options thoughtfully.

Real healing is nuanced. It’s rarely one-size-fits-all, and it should never rely on fear-based marketing or miracle cure promises.

I used to think my purpose was just helping people “get healthy.”

But healing my own trauma, navigating autoimmune challenges, neurological disorders, and moving through perimenopause and menopause changed everything.

Now I know… it’s so much deeper than that.

Let’s be clear… GLP-1 use is not up for public debate. It’s a conversation between a patient and their healthcare providers—period.

And it’s not just about weight loss anymore. The data continues to show these medications can support multiple aspects of health.

So before judging, shaming, or telling someone what they “don’t need”… remember: you’re not in their body, their history, or their medical chart.

Let people make informed decisions for their health.

Domestic violence does not always look the way people think it does. Many abusers are skilled at appearing charming, helpful, friendly, and “like such a good person” to the outside world. That image is often part of the disguise.

Behind closed doors can be fear, control, manipulation, intimidation, and violence.

Please stop using someone’s public persona to dismiss what survivors are saying. Abuse thrives in silence, denial, and disbelief.

Listen to survivors. Believe patterns. Pay attention to red flags. Protect victims.

Many victims do speak up—to police, to family, to friends—only to be dismissed, doubted, or shut down.

A survivor’s timeline is theirs. Period. There are countless reasons, and none of them require your approval.

When you question it, you’re not being curious—you’re showing every survivor in your life that you’re not a safe place to land.
