Decision Fatigue is Real — and It’s Draining

Ever feel like you’re running a marathon… just by deciding what to wear, what to eat, what emails to answer, what to post, what to sell, how to price it, who to hire, what’s next for your business — and then still having to figure out what’s for dinner?

Yeah, that’s decision fatigue. 🧠💔

When you’re a mom, partner, entrepreneur, or just a human trying to do life — your brain is constantly on. Every little choice you make chips away at your mental energy.

No wonder you’re tired.
No wonder you want to crawl under the covers and hide sometimes.
No wonder you just want someone else to make the decisions for a change.

This isn’t laziness. This isn’t you being “bad at adulting.”
This is your nervous system saying, please give me a break.

I’m a holistic integrative health coach — which means I rely on science, embracing bio-individuality, and the connection between mind, body, and spirit (whatever that looks like for you).

Supplements and healing tools? Sure, they have their place. But they’re not a magic fix. And they don’t replace evidence-based medicine.

Autism is not caused by Tylenol or vaccines. Period. It’s complex, and the rise in diagnoses comes from better awareness and tools — not fear-mongering.

Listen to your doctors. Tune into your body. Don’t fall for influencers who spout pseudoscience, cherry-pick studies, and push discount codes. 💙

If you’ve got:

…you might just be dehydrated (not cursed, I promise).

Here’s how to fix it:
🥤 Drink a glass of water before your coffee (yes, before ☕)
🍋 Add lemon, cucumber, or berries so it’s not so boring
🍉 Eat your water — watermelon, cucumbers, oranges count!
🧂 Sprinkle in electrolytes (a pinch of sea salt does wonders)
